DEALER REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

To register for BASCon 2010:

1. Choose your payment option
2. Print a copy of the registration form and send it to the address below
3. Render payment

Attending Dealer Fees:

• Dealer Membership (w/ one table) - $105.00 || Registration Form

• $50.00 - Additional tables (maximum of five tables)

Table options:

One (1) Table $50.00 Two (2) Tables $100.00 Three (3) Tables $150.00 Four (4) Tables $200.00 Five (5) Tables $250.00

Dealers with additional staff are asked to register each staff member with an Attending Membership.

Membership Rules:

1. No transfers of membership.
2. Anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior (i.e. disregarding the safety of other attendees, foul and/or abusive language directed at others) will be ejected from the convention.
3. No weapons at the convention.
4. No alcohol is allowed in the Hospitality Suite.
5. No overnight guests in the Hospitality Suite.
6. Membership numbers will be used for art auction bids
7. Please do not ask hotel staff to alter any of BASCon's event spaces. If you have a suggestion or problem with any event space, please let the Con Com know, so we can work to resolve work to resolve the issue.

Terms:

Requests for dealer's table refunds must be made in writing and signed. If the request is received by September 30th of the same year for which the tables were purchased, the amount paid will be refunded by check. If the request is received after September 30th of the same year for which the tables were purchased, the amount will be refunded by check IF the table can be resold. If the table(s) cannot be resold, no refund will be given.
