MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

NOTE: Online registration for BASCon 2011 is now closed. Memberships can be obtained at the con starting on Friday, November 4th at 9:00 am.

At the Door Membership Options:

• Full weekend membership (November 4-6, 2011): $110.00
• One Day Membership (Friday, November 4th or Saturday, November 5th): $45.OO each

Memberships are payable by cash or check only.

BASCon registration is located at the back of the hotel. Pass through the atrium and head straight for the back door. The Registration table will be on the right side wall; if you come through the back door from the parking lot, we'll be to your left. Just look for the women in tie dye t-shirts. Saturday, registration moves into the Dealer's Room around 12:00 pm. Saturday one day registrants can pick up their packets there.

Membership Rules:

1. No transfers of membership.
2. Anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior (i.e. disregarding the safety of other attendees, foul and/or abusive language directed at others) will be ejected from the convention.
3. No weapons at the convention.
4. No alcohol is allowed in the Hospitality Suite.
5. No overnight guests in the Hospitality Suite.
6. Membership numbers will be used for art auction bids
7. Please do not ask hotel staff to alter any of BASCON's event spaces. If you have a suggestion or problem with any event space, please let the Con Com know, so we can work to resolve the issue.

Terms:

Requests for attending membership refunds must be made in writing and signed. If the request is received by September 30th of the year for which the membership was purchased, the membership will be converted to a supporting membership and the difference will be refunded by check. If the refund request is received after September 30th of the same year for which the membership was purchased, the refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the con committee. Members who do not show up at the convention and do not directly contact the con committee prior to convention will forfeit memberships fees.
